Please Note:
* Puerto Vallarta is a very popular destination and there are many new properties being built. Casa Yvonneka has a nearby construction site, a few blocks away down the hill. Noise is very minimal however it does change part of the view.

* This villa has a maximum of 14 bedrooms and can also be rented as 6 to 13-bedrooms.
