* Puerto Vallarta is a very popular destination and there are many new properties being built. Casa Yvonneka has a nearby construction site, a few blocks away down the hill. Noise is very minimal however it does change part of the view.

* This villa has 14 bedrooms and this is the 8 bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever 8 bedrooms you like and the other bedrooms are simply locked off during the stay. The entire villa is still private for your group**
