Nestled on over 9,500 square meters of lush, beautifully landscaped grounds, the villa boasts breathtaking views of Minitas Bay, Catalina Island, and the Caribbean Sea, creating an idyllic setting for unforgettable gatherings. Spanning more than 1,500 square meters, the villa is thoughtfully designed with three living pavilions that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The layout includes two master suites, eight guest suites, and a large children’s bedroom equipped with bunk beds, twin beds, and a cozy play area for board and video games. High ceilings and spacious living and dining areas enhance the villa’s grandeur, while a state-of-the-art kitchen and an exceptional chef and staff ensure every meal is a delight.
