This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy. It has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day.
The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex.
The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds.
At the front of the property, there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of Space for extra beds.
This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower.
The apartment has free unlimited WiFi internet, fully air-conditioned with powerful, efficient, silent (hot and cold), fans, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating and fans.
This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps. The busses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions.
This large apartment in St Julian’s close to Paceville nightlife. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta’s best nightlife area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, a variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just around the corner while a little mini market is on the same street (less than 30m away), that makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!
