Pool Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $25 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Parking Rules:
– The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a townhome.
– Only 1 car will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in nearby spots.
– Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
– Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.

Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.  The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit – Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
