Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable wipes are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food shall not go down the drain but place in garbage. Pasta, rice, coffee grounds and cereal shall never go down kitchen sink. Grease shall never go down any drain but placed in garbage. Pets and service animals only with a prepaid cleaning fee for animal hair and dander removal. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house. They must be with you or in a kennel. Pets panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. Guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.
