Welcome to Linden Place II! Experience luxury living in the heart of Lenox Hill with this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom full-floor apartment on the Upper East Side. Enjoy ample natural light from oversized windows and high ceilings that provide stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen features top-of-the-line amenities, including a Carrara marble breakfast bar, wine cooler, and dishwasher.

The fully renovated boutique walk-up has a video intercom system, sleek lobby, and easy access to a fully furnished rooftop deck. The unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with three other units in the building. Notably, the third bedroom is well-lit and has a dedicated thermostat for temperature controls, but does not have a window in the room.

Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment’s entry floor.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
