This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment boasts plank hardwood flooring, exposed brick, and a brand new custom kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy spacious living areas perfect for entertaining, ample closet space, renovated bathrooms, and multiple windows that provide plenty of natural light. Note there are four levels of somewhat steep stairs to get to the apartment’s entry floor.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

A refundable credit card hold is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing, and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 7 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
